We are an authorized marine distributor in Japan. Therefore products that we supply carries manufacturer's warranty and a copy of the warranty is available upon request. However,it is our policy that we only be responsible for the items we sold. If you find defective parts or products during the warranty, you should contact manufactures directly for faster service. For your convenience, we also assist you to file the warranty claim. All these warranty claims must follow the manufacture's regulations and rules. For U.S. and Canadian Customers, We have our partner MMI SEATTLE INC(Seattle, WA) so you can contact them in your time zone in English by phone, fax or e mail. They will take care of your orders and payment in the U.S. and Canada.
